    With over 12 years’ experience spanning in-house legal, government, and regulatory environments, I founded Providentia to deliver agile, expert legal and governance solutions to Australian businesses — without the overhead of a traditional in-house team.

    My background includes senior roles supporting boards, executives, and project leaders across a range of sectors, with particular depth in:

    • Company secretary and governance functions (including ASX listing compliance, corporate governance best practices, and board support)

    • Regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

    • Construction and major infrastructure project advisory

    • Commercial contracting and negotiation

    • Cross-border corporate compliance and legal advisory across APAC and the UK

    • Legal and company secretarial support for government-owned corporations and public sector entities
