Business Registration Solutions

    Everything you need to set up your Pty Ltd company under a single company structure.

    Inclusions:

    You’ll receive an initial consultation with a lawyer, applying for ACN registration with ASIC for 1 company and applying for ABN registration for 1 business.

    *includes ASIC fees to set up. However, please note that once you set up a company, you will need to pay ASIC an annual review fee of for each company. Your first payment will be required in 1 year’s time.

    All the things you need for standard compliance when creating a Pty Ltd company for the first time.

    Inclusions:

    You’ll receive an initial consultation with a lawyer, applying for ACN registration with ASIC for 1 company, applying for ABN registration for 1 business, registering for GST, PAYG and TFN with the ATO, and 13 essential company documents for your company.

    Perfect for sole traders or when you want your company to trade under a different name. We’ll register your business name on the Business Name Register.
